Rev. Dr. Wisly Milus, the founder of PARENHA, is a distinguished leader with an extensive academic and professional background. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Gonaives, Haiti, a Paralegal Diploma from Bramson Ort College, a Doctorate in Biblical Studies from Kings Cross Victory Bible College, and a Human Rights Consultant Certificate from the US Diplomacy and Human Rights Institute. As a national and international representative, Dr. Milus combines his legal, theological, and human rights expertise to drive PARENHA’s mission and vision for a new Haiti.
